Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Mujib platform and related services (the “Service”), provided by Mujib (“Mujib”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Mujib provides businesses with an AI customer-service agent that responds to their customers across messaging channels including WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram. Features, channels, and limits may change over time as the Service evolves.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Send unsolicited bulk or spam messages, or engage in deceptive or harassing communication.
• Breach the terms or policies of the underlying messaging platforms (including Meta’s and WhatsApp’s platform and business policies).
• Upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or disrupt or overload the Service.
• Reverse engineer or resell the Service except as permitted by law.

You are responsible for the content your business sends and for having a lawful basis and any required consent to message your customers and process their data through the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Instructions.

The Service relies on third-party providers (including Meta, AI inference, speech, and hosting providers). Your use of channels and features that depend on them is also subject to those providers’ terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your data), is owned by Mujib and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of your own content and data.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing and supervising the Service’s use in your business. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mujib and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mujib from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to comply with law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jordan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Jordan will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
