How to request deletion
Mujib provides an AI customer-service agent to businesses on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram. When you message one of those businesses, Mujib processes your data on the business’s behalf. You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time.

Include the phone number or social media handle / username you used to contact the business, and (if you know it) the name of the business you messaged. This lets us locate your conversations.
What we delete
Once we verify the request, we delete the personal data associated with your identifier, including:
- Your messages and conversation history.
- Media you sent (images and voice notes) and any transcripts derived from them.
- Your contact identifier (phone number or social handle) and display name.
- Any lead record and search embeddings derived from your messages.
Timeline
We complete deletion within 30 days of receiving and verifying your request, and confirm by email once it is done. We may retain a minimal record where required by law (for example, for accounting or fraud prevention).
Asking the business directly
Because the business you contacted is the controller of your data, you may also ask that business to delete your information directly. If you contact us, we will coordinate the deletion with them on your behalf.
